Emphasis is on free weights and resistance machines. There is also a separate women’s area. There are numerous aerobics classes, from bums and tums, circuit training and step aerobics for women only, body pump, body combat and RPM.

Personal training is also available, starting from AED 200 per session, with classes costing AED 30 for non-members and AED 25 for members.
