A chic and trendy restaurant frequented by young and hip locals,expatriates, and jet-setting tourists. They serve unique options of sushi rolls, which, while inauthentic, make for interesting combinations. Edo is more a Japanese Fusion-restaurant than an authentic Japanese cuisine restaurant.
