The amuse bouche is followed by a cappucino of Chestnut, Pea and Mint Goat’s Cheese Tortellini, and mains of Aged Beef Fillet with Dauphoise Potato and Rare’s chocolate signature – Dark Chocolate Pave, White Chocolate and Basil Soup with a warm Milk Chocolate Brownie to finish. Christmas Eve in Rare includes a glass of pink bubbly on arrival and a bottle of wine per couple for AED 700 per person or AED 450 per person for food only. New Year’s Eve Celebrate the New Year in Rare with an exciting five course menu. Delight in dishes such as Omani Lobster Bisque with King Crab Ravioli, Herb Gnocchi with Sautéed Wild Mushrooms, Slow Cooked Beef Cheek, Roast Halibut and a delicious English Cheese Selection. 500 AED per person including soft drinks, 825AED per person including one bottle of Champagne per couple, 1285 AED per person including one bottle of Champagne and one bottle of fine wine per couple.
